3.3 Order Cancellation

• Within 24 Hours: Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us at info@ogiespartystore.com with your order number.
• After 24 Hours: Cancellation is no longer available. Once you receive the item(s), you must follow our standard return process.

3.4 Personal Use

All purchases made through our Services are intended exclusively for personal or household use. Products are not intended for commercial resale, distribution, or export.

Accepted Payment Methods:

6.1 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6.2 Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to request return authorization.
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (provided at no cost).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label.
4. Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6.3 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
• Return shipping is FREE for all qualifying returns.

6.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Return shipping for exchanges is provided free of charge. The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order.

6.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photographs documenting the issue. We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or correction at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

6.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Washed, Altered, or Worn Items – Products showing signs of use, alteration, modification, or damage.
• Damaged Packaging or Missing Tags – Items with torn, opened, or missing original packaging or removed tags.
• Seasonal and Holiday Merchandise – Holiday-themed items (e.g., Christmas ornaments, Valentine's Day gift sets, Halloween décor) returned after the associated holiday has passed.

6.7 Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours at no cost. After 24 hours, the standard return process outlined above applies once the item has been delivered.
